Ron Davis

Ron is originally from Atlanta, where he was active in sports and scouting while attending public schools. He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and Management. After spending many years in the banking and commercial real estate fields, he entered the area of commercial construction, initially in marketing. His experience in these areas has given him the resources needed to build a successful service-oriented company. Ron takes great pride in the excellent relationships that have developed between CDH and its customers over the years. “ While most construction companies see their role as putting labor and materials together to produce a product to sell, we pride ourselves on building homes for, and lasting relationships with, our customers”

Caye Davis

Caye is the catalyst that brings together all of the elements necessary to produce memorable homes for CDH. After spending 17 years as a real estate agent in Williamson County, she provides unparalleled knowledge of what our clients are looking for in a home.Caye works with architects as well as exterior and interior designers to produce outstanding floor plans and elevations while adding her passion for detail to all aspects of the design. Her extraordinary eye for style helps us to create custom plans that are unmistakably unique. Caye’s free time is spent traveling and being the “perfect” grandmother to Parker, Cooper, and Lucy.
